The Ohmmu logo was refreshed to give a more modern and geometric feel. The company name was incorporated into the logo and primary, submark, and favicon versions were created with light and dark variants. A Bluetooth-enabled variant was later added for products featuring Bluetooth connectivity via the Ohmmu App.

A brand identity was developed for Ohmmu to create a consistent and recognizable look and feel for the company. This included selecting typography, a color palette, brand imagery, and creating a shape/form standard for representing Ohmmu across all platforms and design assets (website, email, social media, packaging, print, etc.)

The Ohmmu website was updated and expanded to increase buyer confidence and engagement. I added new branding elements, improved user experience, increased conversion rates, integrated new functionality, updated product and service pages, streamlined ecommerce functions, optimized for mobile, etc.

Functionality Enhancements
Support Site
In order to streamline and enhance Ohmmu's customer support experience, I researched, configured, and launched a Customer Support platform, which included an online Knowledge Base, Help Desk Widget, and Ticketing System.
The process included writing and documenting support articles, FAQs, known issues, policy information, and more. In the ticketing system, I created a library of saved replies and automated actions (macros) to facilitate support responses and initiate complex series of tasks.
Affiliate Program
Developed an affiliate program for Ohmmu advocates and influencers. I researched, configured, and integrated an affiliate solution with our website and CRM for streamlined management, tracking, and payout processing.
The implemented solution allows affiliates to track their sales transactions, modify their coupon codes and links, setup their payment options, and more. This new system automated many of the processes which were previously done manually and on a per request basis.
UX, UI, SEO, Interactivity, and More
Many updates were made to the Ohmmu website to increase customer confidence, streamline the user interface and shopping experience, improve SEO for better page visibility and search results, add engaging interactive elements, and more.
Upon publishing the first round of improvements, bounce rates immediately dropped 35–40% and have remained at low levels ever since. During this same period, user traffic was increased by approx. 150% and continues to grow at a steady pace.
Email Marketing & Social Media

Developed and managed email and social media campaigns to promote new products and features, increase brand awareness and buyer confidence, attract new and cross-sell to existing customers, communicate news and updates, etc.
Video Production

A series of instructional and promotional videos were produced on the installation process and benefits of Ohmmu products. Video production was streamlined with the creation of editing templates with standardized assets and transitions. Video/sound quality were improved utilizing professional equipment and practices.
